The payment function by hanging up without a pin does not work at all. EC cards not only include the Visa when you insert it. The garbage cans are overflowing. Even MacDonald has closed the toilets. The travelers will probably distribute the feces around the parking lot. Most of the autobahn tank and rest toilets are also closed in lockdown ... the volume of traffic is similarly high ... that doesn't go together

Attention, if you stay longer than 2 hours, you have to pay. Nobody will see us anymore. Have now met 2 times with acquaintances and stayed longer than 2 hours. Should be for both times € 25 and € 30 each. This is a rip off.

Wrong burger in the right packaging. I'm assuming ah don't feel like doing what he wants ...

As usual, wrong toys in the Happy Meal, ordered glass wrong too, of course. Exchange not possible due to Corona. Next time I will pay with Monopoly money, exchange not possible due to Corona. Eat fresh, French fries well salted. The middle one is my "Rainbow" glass.

The food was really hot. Great. We have been served. Nice too. I didn't need or understand the rest of the hygiene concept. As long as it stays that way, I eat differently. As Mr Söder generalized, these are things that don't have to be now. THANK YOU.

Three stars for friendliness, cleanliness and speed. No point for taste and packaging! The drinking straws are just gruesome and make the drink inedible. Even my son, who had an apple spritzer in a tetra pack, thought it was gross. He said it tasted like glue. The rest is a matter of taste, at least it's not mine anymore.

Located close to the highway and a large parking lot, unfortunately no dogs allowed in the McDonald's.

A little more communication (and then a little more friendly) would have been helpful. The boss of the house took care of it.

Unfortunately this MC could use more cleaning. The toilet did stink and was not properly cleaned.

Personally, I'm not that much of a fast food fan. But on longer car journeys it does happen that we take a break at McDonalds. We think McCoffee is good, the coffee is very tasty there and muffins etc. also taste good. Otherwise we always find something we like. From time to time you can do that 😊.

It is very busy and there are many wasps outside, but good food.

Since I travel a lot, I always go for a coffee or a quick snack and only what I experienced is just cheeky and outrageous. We drank our coffee there came a family with a toddler who was wrapped up outdoors all well and good but then the family got up and went of course the full pampers were under the table like brazen is that. The staff takes care of cleanliness and some think they leave it at home. So I took the family with a license plate, maybe they'll see it and think about it !!!!!

It could be better. I think they forgot the salad. The cashier couldn't understand us well. I speak German well, but she did not understand us.

Was “greeted by a girl rushing out and basically yelling at us we could not come in before we registered. Pretty obvious, due to the huge sign on the door. After I told her we had already done so, we were granted entry. McBacon Cheese was cold, burger old and cheese not melted. Fries were cold. Took both in, was told burger is normal! Fries would be sent back. After a whopping 15min, go back in, all 5 are hanging on the counter and chatting. I get looked at and asked “yes?”. Fries? Were forgotten. Horrible experience. Thanks but no thanks. They did give me a free coffee though.

Food like in all the other McDonald's Restaurants. So you get what you anticipate. Toilet's are clean. Ordering at the terminal is easy and practical. A good stop to take a break at a journey.

Not sure what is going on, but there was a lack of enthusiasm in the place, followed by cold food. Bummer, we travel a lot and have been to a lot of McDonalds.

Access from highway is weird. Still that wouldn't grant one star only. I haven't seen such a mess in toilets in any McDonald I have visited. Shame!

Slowest mc Donald’s so far..

Never again. Was here on the way south for winter holiday and now on the way back to Denmark. First time they failed to give us what we ordered. Amongst other we ordered coffee with milk but didn’t get the milk. Upon contacting the staff we were send back in the line so the coffee went cold. Delivery time is way too long. On our way down we thought it to be due to rush hour but today at order time 10:38 there was only few customers. Yet we got our order 17 minutes later. This time we went straight to the Mc Cafe to get the coffee latte and hot chocolate. The coffee is not even close to being hot. Last but not least it’s not the cleanest McD as the the place to put the trays with the garbage (paper and cups) was full to the breach the whole time we were there. This McD is now listed as a NoGo in our travel planar. 10:38 - 10:55

It's a McDonald's. It's in Germany. That means the usual McFood in a clean, well organised environment, with friendly staff. Not much else to add there...

The service is fast and the team is friendly

Despite few customers, a queue in front of an open checkout ... looooooooooooooquently and comfortably taking the orders, while two employees tinker with the coffee machine. The breakfast actually a joke - reality and announcement on the poster / advertisement - are probably diametrically opposed. Instead of processed cheese and ham in bread (McToast Ham), there is a dry bread with traces of cheese and a few strips of ham. I can kid myself - I have no idea whether this McDonalds has saved / slouched so, or whether there is generally this economy version of a toast. This is a case of misleading advertising - I will have the matter checked according to the UWG. The coffee is also inedible, tasteless - and what is called McCaffee ??? Bad grotto, that's it again for a long time with this fast food shop ... At the price I would have expected something different and in a real restaurant with a little extra charge I would have certainly received a perfect breakfast from the buffet.

Why do you anyone understand the original name of the meals in inglish! "Big Mc", "Mc Chicken".... This is Germany, but they are selling a universal meal. Very strange in a American Restaurant idea, no ones understand inglish. (I came from Estonia, so let make it the biggest restaurant company in the world....without nationalism)... One inglish speaker please!!!!!!

A lot better compared to ones in the state's, as far as taste. Little bit pricey but still worth it.
